To join a class, click on “register” (if you do not see a register button, class is full). You can register for a class at any time! If you do not already have a full Mindbody account through us (which you will not unless you have registered for a workshop online before!) you will be prompted to create one. You can also create an account here.
For virtual classes, within 60 minutes of the scheduled start time for class, you’ll receive an email from FitGrid with a unique link to access the live stream. Not seeing the email? Search your spam and promotions folders. Look for subject lines containing the phrase “live-stream link”. FitGrid often does not cooperate with HOTMAIL accounts–we recommend using an alternate email if you typically use Hotmail.
Just like in our studio space, we recommend being a minute or two early to check in for class so that you can be fully situated and ready to begin practice! If you are unable to make class at the scheduled time, there is a link available to watch the recording for the whole week!
IMPORTANT NOTES FOR IN PERSON, OUTDOOR CLASSES:
30 spaces, pre-registration is required
Please do NOT register if you are unsure if you’ll be able to come (as there is very limited space)
Arrive 5-10 minutes early to set up your spot
Masks required through the entirety of the practice
Bring your own mat and props (limited selection will be available for purchase)
Bring bug spray!
No one will be allowed inside the building, no restrooms available
As always, class is donation based
Bring your smile beneath your mask
We are a donation-based non-profit, and encourage you to donate for class if you are able. If you are unable to make a financial contribution, please still practice with us!
