Whisper works in the conservation field. When she is not saving and conserving nature she is helping to align chakras. Whisper first fell in love with yoga in college. After her first class she was hooked and has been practicing yoga for the past 15 years. Whisper does not separate the human consciousness from the physical world and feels they are both intricately connected.
Gentle Flow (All Levels, Beginners Welcome)
Wednesdays from 8:00 to 9:00 am
This class starts with some warm up moves to wake up the body before transition to some gentle flows. We will match slow breath to movement and hold some positions for a prolonged period. This class promotes flexibility and strength, while calming the sympathetic nervous system.
