I have been teaching yoga in the United States since 1998. Over the years I have learnt to open my mind to Western culture of yoga and have studied and taught Hot Vinyasa, Yoga Sculpt, Yoga Ball, Yoga Pilates.
Align & Stretch (L1)
Tuesdays from 10:45 to 11:45 am
In this gentle paced class we will flow thru mindful sequence connecting asanas with breath with attention to alignment. As we take to the floor we will seal the practice using props to assist with the restorative poses leading us to a relaxing savasana.
