Yoga has been a part of my life for the last ten years, and it’s only been in the last two that it has become a consistent and integral practice. Through yoga I have found health, peace and focus. Listening to my heart and soul, I enrolled and completed the 250 hour teacher training at Asheville Community Yoga and haven’t looked back.
Each day I learn something new about my practice and those in my community and I intend to continue my path as a student while I embark on my growth as a teacher.
Warm Vinyasa Flow (L1&2)
Mondays from 8:15 to 9:15 pm & Saturdays from 3:30 to 4:30 pm
