I am an Eagle Scout, Wrestler, Air Force Academy Graduate, 5 year Air Force Veteran, 5 year Physical Therapist, Husband, and Father. I began practicing yoga to improve my flexibility. I became excited about yoga as a means to improve my strength. I became intrigued by yoga as a means to improve myself. I am excited to share yoga with Veterans and anyone who cares to join my class.

Yoga for Veterans, (All Levels)
Wednesdays from 6:00 to 7:00 pm
This is a vinyasa style class suitable for beginners and first-timers. All are welcome to join, but the class will focus on helping Veterans discover the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of yoga. We will focus on flexibility, strength, and the basic flow of a yoga practice. We will explore yoga as a means to find our center, a means to connect our mind and body, and a means to explore the self.
