Meredith is a native of the Asheville area and has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. She has formal training though Asheville Community Yoga and is honored and excited to be teaching! Meredith strives to infuse gentleness and joy through her classes and is strong in the gift of serving others. Her desire is that many would be renewed through having a sacred space, set aside, for being present and turning inward. Along with her love of yoga she also enjoys beekeeping, herbalism, gardening, knitting, running, hiking, reading, cooking, eating, loving, singing, and spending time with her three beautiful boys!

Gentle Flow (All Levels, Beginners Welcome)
Thursdays from 12:15 to 1:15 pm
This gentle yoga practice is here for you to relax and receive. Each class will consistently have a focus on the breath as we move and stretch with intention and grace. Always beginning with a warm up and ending with a restorative savasana. My goal for students (and myself) is to feel a freedom each and every time you practice, to always do what is right in your body and make the practice your very own.
