Melia began her practice of yoga in 2008, at home with a set of DVDs. After a few weeks she took the leap and found a local yoga studio. After her first in studio class she was changed. She felt a sense of coming home, and knew a yoga practice would always be part of her life from then on. After keeping a regular practice through all life’s changes she decided to become of teacher of what she loved so dearly, and began teaching in December of 2014. She feels a regular yoga practice and meditation has helped shape her into the person she is today. She loves being able to give the gift of yoga to others and see the changes in people as they find their way through their own personal journeys. When she’s not teaching yoga she can be found enjoying life through baking, soap making, hiking, and spending precious time with her little ones. She looks forward to serving this special community of yogis!

Warm Vinyasa Flow (L 1&2)
Sundays from 11:15 am to 12:30 pm
In this class we will start with centering, breath work, and mindfulness. From there moving into sun salutations to open and warm the body to prepare for varying fun and creative sequences that awaken and invigorate the body, mind, and soul. Lastly followed by a fulfilling, restful savasana. This class is set to a fun playlist weekly, so come enjoy the music, flow, and fellowship of this beautiful community!
