My work helping people release stress and trauma through body-centered therapy and a passion for inner growth, inspired me to explore yoga more deeply and to become a yoga teacher. Through yoga, I feel connected with my most authentic self and to the inner resources needed to thrive. It’s my joy to share a heart-felt practice with others.
I’m very grateful to have been able to study yoga and meditation in Andrha Predesh, India during four month-long intensives over a period of four years —it was a life-changing experience! This year, I completed the 200-hour yoga teacher training at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Heath in Massachusetts. Some of my other training and teaching experience includes Yoga for Anxiety, Depression, Addiction Prevention & Recovery; the Tension and Trauma Release Exercise Process; Yoga Nidra; Body-Sensing Yoga; Yogic Meditation; Soaring Crane Qi Gong and Spring Forest Qi Gong.
Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra (All Levels, Beginners Welcome)

This is a class for everyone, whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced yogi. The first part of the class focuses on gentle stretches and prop-supported resting poses, so that your muscles can release and relax. In the second half of the class, we’ll ease into a Yoga Nidra guided meditation while you lie in relaxation pose. This class is perfect for soothing your nervous system, fostering awareness, and truly nurturing body, mind & spirit.
