Each class is led with a focus on breath work, mind-body awareness, intuitive movement, and proper alignment, as well as encourages the practices of compassion and gratitude in a safe and comfortable setting.
Yin Yoga (L1&2)
Fridays from 2:15 to 3:30 pm
This class weaves a gentle yet deep posture practice with the ancient wisdom of Chinese Medicine. Each class will focus on holding stretches corresponding to the meridian system in order to bring the body and spirit into a balanced and relaxed state. By releasing held stress and tension in the body, the body can do what it is meant to do all on its own – heal. Modifications with props are available for all levels.
