Linda is new to Asheville and thrilled to be here surrounded by natural beauty and a truly holistic community. She has been practicing yoga for more than 20 years and teaching fitness, health longer than that. Her classes are a meditation in motion: a vinyasa flow connecting strength, balance, and focus utilizing the breath, alignment, and joy. Not only is she a physical therapist, but has worked through several injuries giving her a unique perspective on safety, modification, and acceptance.
Warm Vinyasa (Level 1&2) Absolutely No Beginners

Linda’s class will begin with several variations of sun salutations and build gradually by adding balances, twists, and a series of standing postures to fully warm the body promoting strength, control, flexibility and balance. The class will progress to seated and lying postures for a connection to the earth as well as a focus on core.
