“We are more powerful when we empower each other.”
Kelly’s yoga training began in Phoenix, Arizona and sparked a passion to continuously expand her education and share knowledge to help people find health and happiness. This love for humanity and the practice of yoga comes across in each of her classes.
She is an experienced yoga teacher, has a master’s degree in Chinese Medicine, a bachelor’s degree in public health and another in fine art. She continues to view and understand yoga as a full healing practice and holds it to the highest level of health care.
For Kelly, life outside of the yoga studio is usually filled with studying and serving patients, hikes with her hairless dog and beloved humans, creative projects and really great food! If you would like to get to know more, view her Instagram page @kellyabailey.
Yin Yoga (L1&2)
Tuesdays from 4:00 to 5:15 pm
This class is meticulously structured to release tension that exists deep within the body’s connective tissue. Yin yoga is practiced while holding postures for an extended period of time while finding a sense of relaxation and calm in the mind and body. Expect to relax, to release, to meditate, and to face certain challenges. As you find peace within these deep (sometimes uncomfortable holds), you overcome huge obstacles that strengthen your mind and open you up to enlightenment! See you on the mat!
Warm Vinyasa Flow (L1&2)
