Julia has come to know yoga as a transformational healing practice and has felt its effects in mind, body and spirit. It helps her to live with an open heart, while strengthening her connection to inner peace and truth. Through a combination of movement and stillness, her classes inspire introspection and a joyful connection to the present moment. She is a graduate of the Asheville Community Yoga teacher training program and seeks to help others incorporate the magic of yoga into their lives.

A slow flow practice, this class provides an opportunity to connect breath with movement and stillness. While gently strengthening the mind and body, come flow and make space for peace. All levels welcome.

This is a relaxing sequence designed to help you unwind and prepare for a restful night’s sleep. We will drop into a brief meditation, move through gentle poses and end with a deeply soothing savasana. Come let go of the day’s tension and treat your body to a sweet and restful practice.
