Julia has come to know yoga as a transformational healing practice and has felt its effects in mind, body and spirit. It helps her to live with an open heart, while strengthening her connection to inner peace and truth. Through a combination of movement and stillness, her classes inspire introspection and a joyful connection to the present moment. She is a graduate of the Asheville Community Yoga teacher training program and seeks to help others incorporate the magic of yoga into their lives.
Meditation for Healing (All Levels, beginners welcome)
Saturdays from 12:00 to 12:30pm
This meditation class nurtures the integration of mind, body and spirit through breathwork, mantra and stillness. It will provide tools to cultivate the mind-body connection, supporting your ability to tune into your bodies innate wisdom. It is through stillness that we are able to settle into the sweetest spaces of our heart and open our minds to the knowingness that we all carry within. Join us in community to settle into our bodies and heal from the inside out.
