Yin Yoga (All Levels, Beginners Welcome)

Yin Yoga is a deeply profound internal practice that brings present centered awareness in a few poses that are held in stillness from 1-5 minutes. The practice facilitates an opening up of the deeper connective tissues as well as the energy channels (meridians) that run through them. This class is meditative in nature and will include postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation.
