Danielle believes that yoga offers something for everyone and is excited to share the practice with others. Through her own yoga practice over the past 8 years she has found breath, relaxation, and self-love. Originally from Northern Virginia, Danielle has called Asheville home since 2017 and can’t imagine living too far away from these Mountains.
Vinyasa Flow, L1&2
Tuesdays from 7:30 to 8:30 pm
This class is designed for movement and flow that encourage grounding and heart-opening. Vinyasa movement will transition into relaxing postures for a final settling into your body and wind-down into the night.
