Gentle Flow (All Levels, Beginners Welcome)
Mondays from 9:30 to 10:45 am & Thursdays from 5:15 to 6:15 pm
Gentle Flow is a slow and soothing class, perfect for those wanting a more relaxed and softer practice. Our movements will synchronize the movements of the breath with a dynamic sequence of connected yoga postures, which are joined together in a smooth, flowing way. The breath is an important component of gentle flow. We will start with seated postures to connect with our breath and gently awaken our bodies, and then continue into a series of moving poses connected with each inhale or exhale. The class allows for more challenging poses based on your practice level. Props are encouraged to allow your body to comfortably and safely express each posture.
Mindfulness Meditation (All Levels, Beginners Welcome)
Saturdays from 11:45 am to 12:30 pm
Whether you are new to meditation or have been meditating for a long time, this class will introduce proven techniques for practicing self-awareness and mindfulness to create a personal meditation practice and cultivate resilience.
