Audrey began a regular yoga practice in 2007. Yoga has continually changed the course of and her outlook on life. Her practice has given her many gifts, including self-awareness, strength, relaxation, friends, community, confidence and purpose. Audrey has a diverse yoga background having practiced various forms of yoga, including vinyasa flow, Ashtanga, Iyengar, restorative, and therapy ball work. She completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training with YogaWorks in Los Angeles in 2010. Additionally, she completed a 200-hour yoga teacher immersion with senior teacher Eddie Modestini in 2017. This focused on supported alignment using props, including the chair and rope wall.
Audrey is passionate about sharing the art of sukha (finding ease) both on and off the mat. She strives to teach in a way that is fun, safe, and accessible. She aspires to foster personal growth, self-compassion, and deep relaxation for every student. She deeply loves yoga and enjoys sharing the benefits of the practice with others. Audrey is originally from Long Island, NY, spent some time on the West coast, and moved to beautiful Asheville in Fall 2017. She has also lived in and traveled throughout Italy.
Restorative Yoga (All Levels, Beginners Welcome)

Taking time out each day to relax and is essential to our health and living well. Restorative yoga is the use of props to create positions of comfort and ease that facilitate health and relaxation. Poses are held for prolonged periods of time, from 3 – 15 minutes. This practice can have the immediate effect of creating a calmer, more present mind, and can also have physical and psychological benefits like lowering blood pressure and elevating and stabilizing mood. When practiced regularly, restorative yoga can help to relieve the effects of chronic stress and stress-related diseases. Restorative yoga is a practice for everyone – for people of all ages, at all levels of yoga experience, and in all states of health.
