Amanda had a couple traumatic losses in 2009 and was looking for a healthy and natural way to bring peace and happiness into her life, and yoga was what she turned to. That was the pivotal moment that turned her life around. She fell in love with yoga and the spiritual journey it brought to her.
After finding peace, changing her body awareness, and opening her mind to a new way of life, she felt destined over the years to help others heal the way she had.
In 2016 she became an instructor through Asheville Community Yoga’s RYS program completing 250 hours, and is on the way to eventually getting her 500 hours completed. She is very excited for her journey to continue and to help others begin their own.
