Abbie has had the privilege of instructing both yoga and meditation in a variety of settings both locally and beyond. She is a Certified Meditation Instructor through the University of Holistic Theology and a Registered Yoga Instructor through the School of Yoga Institute. Abbie is also a Registered Dietitian and the Nutrition & Wellness Coordinator at the local non-profit Bounty & Soul. She believes in honoring the intersection of whole person wellbeing, body acceptance, and community & individual empowerment, which she weaves into her yoga & meditation classes.
Abbie loves dancing and frolicking in the mountains and down grocery store aisles; sharing and spoken word poetry; working in a garden and with plants; concocting tea brews; and spending time with dear friends. She loves that yoga a practice can bring any and all people together to ground, to breathe, and to care under one roof. All people and all bodies are welcome and loved here.
Vinyasa Flow (L1&2)
Sundays from 11:15 am to 12:30 pm
All bodies and all people are welcome to flow in this sweet class. We will playfully and intentionally meld mindfulness, meditation, and vinyasa flow into this time. This is a body-acceptance area with self-compassion woven through. My hope is that your grounding vinyasa practice will continue throughout your entire day.
