Asheville Community Yoga offers Prenatal Yoga classes almost every day of the week! Prenatal yoga has incredible benefits for mama and baby, including helping improve sleep, reducing stress and anxiety, increasing the strength, flexibility and endurance of the muscles needed for childbirth, decreasing lower back pain and nausea, and creating a strong bond between you and your baby.

Mondays 2:30 to 3:45 pm with Anastasia
Tuesdays 10:30 to 11:45 am with Anastasia
Wednesdays from 12:15 to 1:15 pm with Anastasia
Thursdays from 5:30 to 6:30 pm with Anastasia
Fridays from 11:00 to 12:00 pm with Anastasia
