Like most of us, I have worn many hats in my life. Professionally, I was a Therapeutic Recreation Specialist from 2007-2017. I specialized in adaptive sports, community re-entry, and independence through adaptive equipment. It was through this service to others that I began to understand the benefits of massage for pain management. It inspired me in such a way, that I decided to become a Massage Therapist. The Center for Massage and Natural Health, located in downtown Asheville, helped me build a strong foundation for massage in 2013. I strive to educate, empower, and help others to recognize the endless possibilities of investing in their health NOW! It is never too late! It is my hope that I can aide in helping your body to move with ease, to relax, and unwind. We are all walks of life that ultimately share the commonality of nurturing our bodies and our spirit. It is my hope that I can help you in that journey through compassion, knowledge, and gratitude.
