Beth Farlow, NBC-HWC, RYT200, MBA.
Beth Farlow is a national board certified Health & Wellness Coach, yoga instructor, mindfulness meditation teacher and coach. She received her coaching training and certification through Duke School of Integrative Medicine and has been certified through the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching. Beth has worked in the healthcare and consulting field for 30+ years. As a senior level executive, she has successfully led large divisions and teams in a corporate setting, primarily in healthcare. Beth has also been licensed as an emergency medical technician and worked in that capacity as a volunteer, and has also worked with cancer participants to incorporate yoga and mindfulness into their healing journey. Beth has performed executive coaching since 2010, and currently provides executive coaching and health and wellness coaching to clients throughout the state. She teaches yoga at Asheville Community Yoga, and also leads mindfulness meditation groups throughout the area. Beth’s coaching philosophy embodies the wisdom that each of us has regarding our optimal health. She works with clients to unlock and realize their full potential for health and well-being.
Why work with Beth?
Beth has spent the majority of her adult life as a wife, mother, aging parental caretaker and successful career woman. She has experienced firsthand the challenges in creating work life balance and optimal health that many of us experience in our various life roles. In her late forties, Beth developed high blood pressure and lower back issues. As part of her healing, she gravitated toward yoga and mindfulness to support her healing process. Recognizing the importance of healthy eating and exercise as well as spiritual and emotional fulfillment motivate Beth to now fully devote her energy to support her clients’ journey of health and wellbeing.
