A huge thank you to Javier Baez who is our Volunteer of the Month for June. Javier has been dedicating his time multiple days a week to help build the Karma Cafe. He can also be found here multiple days a week practicing and trying out different teachers and styles of yoga. We are grateful for his service in helping to make our newest Asheville Community Yoga dream come true!
What was the experience with yoga that got you hooked? It’s just like fantasy, feeling great and full of energy right after my practice and all through the day.
