We are celebrating Jim Castle as our Teacher of the Month for December. Jim’s purpose in teaching yoga is to help make yoga available to all, and he does just that! His warmth and kindness radiate both on and off of the mat. He is generous with his time and steps in to sub whenever he is needed, in fact he stepped up to the plate for the past 3 months to sub a chair yoga class. He teaches with acceptance and without judgment. Jim’s mantra is that yoga is good for the body, fine for the mind, and great for the soul. Join his Yoga for Seniors class on Thursdays from 10:00am – 11:00am for a practice of movement and breath that respects the body and comforts the mind. We are truly grateful for Jim and all that he brings to our community.
