For the month of April, we are celebrating Jo Brown as our Student of the Month! Jo comes to multiple classes a week and can often be found here early to fold towels before class. She is patient with her body and is keen to make modifications where needed to make the practice work for her. Jo is a kind and generous community member, finding many ways to connect with teachers and fellow students. She also volunteers her time here at the studio. Read more about this fabulous lady here:
The recurring theme that runs through my yoga practice is self-nourishment.

I’m inspired to continue Yoga because it is the best therapy for my mind and body. It’s a perfect place to simply listen, especially your inner voice.
I asked folks close to me what three words they would use to describe me; the theme was charitable/generous and thoughtful/caring. But the one most important response was from my baby, Jeremy, “You’re a good Mama”. He’s 28.
