This workshop combines the ancient wisdom of yoga and Chinese Medicine to de-stress and nourish the body during the winter months by balancing the organs/channels related to the winter season.
There will be a yin practice suitable for all levels, including light lecture on self care during the winter months, as well as insights about the associated organs: Kidneys and Urinary Bladder. Practice will end with a long savasana and simple yet powerful acupuncture treatment to strengthen the organ systems and one’s overall health. Students will leave feeling relaxed and renewed.
