Spring back into action with a rejuvenating yet relaxing yin yoga practice focused on balancing the dominant organs of the Spring season; Liver and Gall Bladder.
This workshop will also include Chinese Medicine-based insights into how to best take care of oneself during the increasingly yang, active nature of the season. The class will end in a long and restful savasana with a gentle acupuncture treatment.
Price: $25, financial assistance available
PLEASE NOTE: We encourage pre-registration for all workshops & series classes. Registering in advance guarantees your spot in the class and helps the studio have adequate staffing. If fewer than 5 participants register the event may be canceled.
