Using yoga therapy balls, we will relieve tension in the neck, head, shoulders, and upper back. Along with the effects of hunching forward to use computers and cars, many of us tend to carry our worries and stresses in these areas. Unwinding these areas of congestion can improve our breathing pattern, sleep, digestion, and overall health. Leave feeling unwound and stress-free.
