This series is broken down into 4 parts – physical, mental, emotional, and whole body presence. Each Thursday morning mindfully curated content will reach your inbox containing tools to greet the present moment and create a sense of homeostasis within it.
Within this series you will be offered tools that you can take with you off the mat and into the world. They are tools with the ability to help you respond instead of react in stressful situations. Each week you will receive handcrafted content including various writing prompts, breathing techniques (pranayama), meditations, videos for at-home asana (lovingly filmed in Katelin’s house), relevant poems, and a whole lot more! This content is made to be utilized consistently throughout the week- try to practice each tool a few times and notice what shifts occur!
