Learn principles of movement and balance to experience greater coherence and coordination within your body-mind, springiness where you feel heavy, and ease where you’ve struggled in both complex and simple postures. Practice alternatives to moving in habitual maladaptive, contractive patterns that will lighten your mood as well as relieve tension in your body.
