This is the main thread we will explore in this 4 part yoga series.

Each Thursday features Sacred Passage Yoga Self- care tools and practices to inspire and guide us to facilitate our best end-of-life scenario and how to guide and support our loved ones before and during their transition time. By learning healing practices for dying wisely, we have the opportunity to live more fully and fearlessly each day.
What we will cover during this 4 part series:
- Learn Sacred Passage Doula practices for home and hospice care.
- Guided meditation and journaling our “ Best Month of My Life”
- Learn and experience simple yoga practices for conscious connection, restoring energy and life outlook.
- Explore and discuss dreams, visions and mystical phenomenon around Sacred Passage.
- Experience Form to Formless Yoga nidra meditation for relieving anxiety
- Experience dying as a yoga practice with guided meditation transition journey
- Learn sacred passage anointing rituals
- Exploring our unconscious beliefs and understandings surrounding dying and death, and other areas of study and practices relevant to care for the those who are departing and their care-givers.
Sept 6th, 7 -8:30PM
We will begin a Best Month of My Life journal practice. You have the opportunity to journal each day during this September series to discover what would make your last month the absolute BEST! We will discuss and share how to clear up old habits and relationships that keep us from living fully in the moment with “Form to Formless”
Restorative Meditation: A Sacred Passage Journey experience for last month, week, day, and minute. Sharing circle to follow to review and uncover feelings and beliefs about death and dying.
Bring a journal and/or sketch book, a photo of a “dearly departed” that you feel most connected to as your guide to the Otherside, and questions and concerns you may have about end of life for yourself or loved one.
Sept 13th, 7-8:30PM
We will learn yoga postures for chair and bed. We will practice sitting vigil for a rare experience of our own transitioning journey and practice the art of sacred anointing ritual with aromatherapy oils distilled for this purpose. Bring your favorite soothing oil and journal.
Sept 20th, 7-8:30PM
Learn Grief, Anger, and Forgiveness practices and experience our unique soul Transition through Dream Yoga live music journey.
Sept 27th, 7-8:30PM
We will review our Best Month of My Life with journal, circle sharing, chant mantras to call in higher consciousness for spiritual support in difficult times, and end Sacred Passages series with Pranayama Restorative meditation for relieving anxiety and pain discomfort to encourage rest.
Linda Go’s shamanic Soul Transition pathwork and Sounds of the Chakras Meditation course gained the attention of Conscious Dying Institute’s founder, Tarron Estes, who awarded Linda an Assistant scholarship. Linda graduated the 2018 Asheville area CDI Certification Course and is a Registered Sacred Passage Doula.
