Close out 2019 with this slow flow yoga workshop. We’ll honor the transition from fall to winter with a guided meditation, slow flow yoga practice and intention setting.
Allow yourself to experience the benefits of moving slowly and the wisdom of going within. Our yoga practice will be designed to calm the mind and soothe the nervous system. We’ll explore some breathing practices that encourage inner awareness and take time to journal, reflect and set intentions for the upcoming year.
Price: $25 for each participant. Financial assistance available.
PLEASE NOTE: We encourage pre-registration for all workshops & series classes. Registering in advance guarantees your spot in the class and helps the studio have adequate staffing. If fewer than 5 participants register the event may be canceled. This workshop is capped at 28 participants.
