Join Audrey for an exploration of the iliopsoas, a major muscle group that affects our posture, mood, health, sleep, and soul. We will use yoga therapy balls and yoga postures to release the psoas, often referred to as a “bully” group of muscles or the “muscle of the soul”.
We will discuss the mind-body connection as it relates to the psoas and experience the powerful effects of releasing this group of muscles.
