Come relax and renew in this Restorative Yoga Immersion guided by Audrey Burke.
We will explore a series of gentle, supported poses held for longer periods of time to foster deep relaxation and rejuvenation. We will practice a supported version of one of the most potent yoga poses for resetting the nervous system, shoulder stand, using a chair for support. We will tap into the body’s innate healing capacity and nourish your nervous system.
