In this Conscious Movement workshop we will use breath and body work to access our inner most self. Using rhythmic breathing techniques and free dance movement, we will put the body in motion to still the mind.
In this dynamic stillness, we are able to uncover our own depth as we explore our own bodies and minds within new dimensions. Through the use of movement we will help release blockages, process emotions and come away with a sense of lightness.
