Strengthen your practice and improve your confidence. In this 2 hour all levels workshop we will slow down the most commonly used yoga postures to properly align and make more accessible.
We will explore modifications to suit your body and how to use props to support your practice. Through demonstration and discussion we will discover how to practice yoga safely and skillfully making your yoga work best for you.
Price: $25, financial assistance available
PLEASE NOTE: We encourage pre-registration for all workshops & series classes. Registering in advance guarantees your spot in the class and helps the studio have adequate staffing. If fewer than 5 participants register the event may be canceled.
