Finding a sense of peace and harmony within us that can then flow freely on and off the mat. We will physically EXPLORE each Yama and Niyama through a series of yin and restorative postures, opening the body so we are better able to open the heart and mind. We will UNCOVER how these ethical practices fit into o ur individual lives through a short journaling session after each exploration. We will CONNECT to ourselves and community on a deeper level as we discover ways that these practices can be woven into our lives.
