A 6 hour CE course for Yoga teachers and students interested in philosophy and application of Yin Yoga, led by Kelly Gilmore, E-RYT500, LMBT

As the interest of Yin Yoga grows it’s important to know the foundations of the practice before inserting it in to your classes or practice. This course will review the principles, philosophy and anatomy of the practice with lecture and asana. If you’re ready to slow your practice down and understand the deeper layers of the body and the amazing benefits of stillness, this course is for you.
Kelly Gilmore teaches a hatha vinyasa stlye yoga that is her own method influenced by all of her amazing teachers, trainings and experiences on this journey. Teaching since 2001 with trainings in Flow, Anusara, Therapeutics, Yin, Mindfulness, Social Justice, Yoga Therapy and also a Massage therapist, Kelly’s classes are unique with an intensity that is challenging and manageable. Her knowledge of the body and skillful sequencing create a fun, energetic, safe and mindful practice that inspires students to self explore and reflect how they show up and who they are on and off the mat.
Tuition: Tuition for this course is $199. A deposit of $50 is due upon registration, $25 of which is non-refundable.

Register and pay by May 1st = save $50 and pay only $149.
Cancellation Policy- if you cannot attend the course, please notify us as soon as you can. We require a minimum of 1 month advance notice in order that a full refund, less a $25.00 administrative fee, be given. If you need to withdraw less than 1 month prior to the course, the $50 deposit is non-refundable. Less than two weeks prior to the course, no money paid toward the deposit or tuition will be refunded.
