Once again, we will be heading downtown to engage in compassionate communication and loving-kindness with the homeless population.
Please plan to join us on Saturday, January 27th, from 2 to 4 pm
Throughout the month of January, we will be collecting scarves, hats, and gloves to take to the people living on the streets of Asheville (please do not donate coats, as we will be carrying the items with us as we walk downtown). Everyone is welcome! It’s a wonderful family activity, so feel free to bring your children.
We will meet in the Harris Teeter parking lot at 2 pm and walk in groups of 4 to 6 people, distributing scarves, hats, and gloves to those in need. More importantly, we will engage in conversations with people and spend a few moments with them. It’s a beautiful, connecting experience!
