Vinita’s Classes:

Align & Flow (L1)

Tuesdays from 10:45 to 11:45 am

In this gentle paced class we will flow thru mindful sequence connecting asanas with breath with attention to alignment. As we take to the floor we will seal the practice using props to assist with the restorative poses leading us to a relaxing savasana

Vinyasa Flow (L1&2)

Thursdays from 8:00 to 9:00 am

The class focus is on balanced mind and body. Each class starts with a gentle warm-up to connect breath to movement as we work our way through sun salutations with gentle poses at first gradually building to some challenging options and always keeping focus on body alignment. We will then work our way to grounding seated poses, twists incorporating core strength and then seal the practice with savasana.

Meditation (Beginners welcome)

Thursdays from 9:10 to 9:40 am

We will begin with gentle stretches leading into different approaches to meditation. We will experience seated meditation with soothing sounds to clam the mind and let go of mental clutter. Towards the end we will use ujjayi breath to invoke the silence within with attention to stillness and relaxation to overcome stress and find inner peace.
