A practitioner on and off the mat, Rebecca found her way to Asheville after gallivanting up and down the east coast for many moons. Having practiced yoga for fifteen years, Rebecca completed her teacher training program in Tampa, FL in 2006. She has studied yoga under various teachers in the US, Canada and India, and teaches with an open heart, intuitively tailoring classes and workshops for individual and/or group needs.
Whether leading All Levels, Restorative, Vinyasa or Gentle, Rebecca’s classes are for everybody, including beginners, special needs populations, advanced practitioners, and anyone open to spiritual, mental and physical healing. Rebecca specializes in practices that foster self-awareness, self-acceptance and empowerment. In addition to studio classes, Rebecca offers private individual and group yoga and intuitive healing sessions. When she is not on the mat, she can be found painting, writing, exploring, fixing up her new (old!) home, fawning over babies and animals, dancing and laughing.
