Linda Go


Linda Go is a musician/composer/vocalist/educator, founder of, an online community directory for sound healing music, practitioners and events in WNC. She has published and produced 4 sound healing music cds including: Sounds of the Chakras, Chakra Songs and Sacred Songs of the Womb with The Fountain of Life organization. Linda’s clair-audient abilities and gift for vocalizing healing energy was recognized in 2000 by Huichol and Nahua shaman elders. She completed an 8 year apprenticeship and was initiated in Mexico by Nahau curandero, Don Lucio de Campo. Linda received and developed Sounds of the Chakras TM, breath and voice activated meditation technique in 2000. The 7 sounds, with their specific instructions for employing them for chakra health as well as many untold benefits for humankind, have been shared over the years in her individual and group sound healing practice as well as Sounds of the Chakras workshops throughout North America and WNC: LEAF, UNCA Health and Wellness program,Warren Wilson College, OLLI UNCA, Where Womyn Gather Fest, Resonate Asheville, and The Light Center of Black Mountain. Currently living in Madison County, NC, Linda is recording 2 new chant cds and finishing her book, Chakra Yoga: Healing Through Sound and Movement.

Didgeridoo Restorative Yoga & Meditation (All Levels, Beginners Welcome)

Fridays from 4:00 to 5:15 pm

Linda assists in this beautiful class, sharing her sound healing music through songs, chanting, and playing a lovely assortment of instruments.

Rest and Renew with Live Music!  (All Levels, Beginners Welcome)

Sundays from 6:00 to 7:00 pm

Sink into stillness and allow the healing music of Linda to soothe you into a sweet Sunday evening. Beginning with a restorative pose to center our minds, bodies, and breath, we will move through a series of yin and restorative postures to release tension and stress in body and mind.  This class creates space for letting go and being present in the moment. Feel refreshed and restored as you end your weekend and head into a new week. Each practice will end with a centering meditation and chant (optional to participate). We are honored to share this healing practice with you!
