Jeri Senor, E-RYT has been involved in some form of yoga for a long, long time. She has been gifted with wisdom morsels from many traditions and teachers, but her greatest teacher has been her own personal home practice.
She has found that slowing down, moving inward, and feeling the practice has taught her how to deal effectively with her back issues. In her classes, she shares this exploration so that others can come into their own understanding of and potential to heal.
Yin Flow (L1&2)

Yin Flow is a moving meditation that aims to bring more moments of mindfulness to the aspirant and a deeper understanding of the connection between body, mind and spirit. The class format intersperses a moderate level flow style of yoga with reflective pauses in longer held poses in order to experience present centered awareness.
