Yoga for Seniors (Beginners Welcome)
Tuesdays from 11:00 to 12:00 pm
No experience necessary. No need to be intimidated. You will not have to do anything your body won’t allow. You will learn to center your mind and develop a practice that will integrate your breath with your body and spirit. We are here to have fun and enjoy the learning precess together! So bring a friend and join our community in this sacred space as you experience your yoga! Remember, 55 years of age qualifies you as a senior. ID required at the door Just Kidding!
