HELPFUL LINKS FOR BACKGROUND:
- Wellness Expansion: Learn more about who we are, where we started, how we’ve grown over the past six years and what we’re up to in 2016. With 50 teachers offering 80 classes a week, and many of those classes at capacity, Asheville Community Yoga is on the precipice of a major expansion to double its size this year, when the nonprofit will buy its building and expand into the other half to add two more studio spaces for its 7,000 students.
- Truly Donation-Based Yoga—No Minimum, All Love: People often ask us about our pricing, and it’s true: Asheville Community Yoga’s classes operate completely on a donation-based model. What does this mean? A suggested love-offering is $5 to $15 per class, but we only ask that you give what you can when you can.
- Voted Best of WNC Yoga Studio For Fifth Year in a Row: Since its inception in 2010, Asheville Community has been recognized with the Best Yoga Studio honor in Mountain Xpress’ Best of WNC readers’ poll for the past five years running.
