The cold and dry conditions of fall and winter here in the mountains of Asheville can wreak havoc with our physical and mental health if we do not take care to adjust our lifestyle practices to the season! This workshop is a good opportunity to come into sync with nature.
We will explore the principles of Ayurveda and specifically how the elements in our environment affect our moods, our health, our behavior. General dietary and lifestyle suggestions, as well as recommended yoga practices, will be provided to help support you through the winter months Go into this season with respect and appreciation for the cycles of nature and confidence that balance and wellness can be achieved throughout the season! Please bring a notepad and pen.
