Yoga for Your Spine with Kelly

In this workshop you will learn techniques through yoga postures, body awareness and self massage with balls to help alleviate pain and tension of the neck, back, and sacrum.

We will look at postural misalignments along with other causes of back pain to grasp ways to be happier and healthier in our bodies.

Price: $20

PLEASE NOTE: We encourage pre-registration for all workshops & series classes. Registering in advance guarantees your spot in the class and helps the studio have adequate staffing. If fewer than 5 participants register the event may be canceled.
