Whether you are a weekend warrior, on a team, or have a daily workout regimen, you will find ways to enhance your performance, develop more focus, and build a stronger core to prevent injuries.

This workshop is a specifically designed practice for athletes, focusing on building core strength, balance, and creating greater flexibility and stamina.


We will also work with specific breathing techniques which enhance focus and ease stress.

Price: $20

PLEASE NOTE: We encourage pre-registration for all workshops & series classes. Registering in advance guarantees your spot in the class and helps the studio have adequate staffing. If fewer than 5 participants register the event may be canceled.
