How Do I Meditate? Series with Jerome

The purpose of this 4 week meditation series is to help create a solid foundation for a regular meditation practice.

A few of the things we will explore:
– How to relax the body with a systematic relaxation practice
– Breath awareness and diaphragmatic breathing
– The different functions mind, and how to organize/focus the mind.
– How to recognize and overcome the obstacles to meditation.
– How to create a quiet mind.
Please join Jerome (E-RYT 500, YACEP) for this series and begin or deepen your meditation practice. This series counts as continuing education credits for Yoga Teachers.

Price: $40 {$12 drop in}

PLEASE NOTE: We encourage pre-registration for all workshops & series classes. Registering in advance guarantees your spot in the class and helps the studio have adequate staffing. If fewer than 5 participants register the event may be canceled.
