Breathing for Health with Jeri

12:30 – 2:30 p.m.
In this 2 hour workshop, participants will practice health enhancing breath awareness and lengthening techniques in both seated and lying down positions.
We will then integrate those techniques into an all levels flow style yoga practice. This is an active workshop. Some yoga experience is recommended, but not required.
PLEASE NOTE: We encourage pre-registration for all workshops & series classes. Registering in advance guarantees your spot in the class and helps the studio have adequate staffing. If fewer than 5 participants register the event may be canceled.
